Does C1 LE have any function for correcting chromatic Aberration
like the Photoshop CS RAW converter?

  No LE does not.
  PRO Mac has the ability to adjust levels for each R G B channel which can sometimes clear up an image. There is also the LCC or Lens Cast Calibration tool for digital back users.
