A couple of options to get somewhere close but bear in mind that C1 is conceived as a functioning RAW converter and editor rather than a pure display tool and tends to retain the basics of edit functionality at all times in line with its intended purpose.

If you <F10> and open the simplified Viewer you can HIDE nearly all the menus and information strips leaving just the very top main menu line visible - plus whatever proof margin you may have set. Save your Workspace so that you can repeat the viewer settings without having to make the menu option changes in future use.

Alternatively try the Slide show (and hit pause if necessary). The on screen controls disappear after a few seconds if you find them distracting.

Working with a RAW file does not necessarily provide much guidance about you your final output file might display - even taking into account the latest Proof mode facilities.

I have tended to create an output file in the format intended for the final display and then use a viewer to see how it looks for an audience that will likely not be using C1 to look at it.

I hope these suggestions offer some ideas that are immediately useful to you.
