How to tether unompressed .mos files
we have the following problem:
we photograph Tethered with our Phase One camera (645DF) and the Leaf Aptus II 5.
The files that arrive are .mos files.
However, these files have compression and are 20 MB instead of the 42 MB that we get when we shoot with the camera on a CF card.
The files are good in themselves, but the files with compression they can not be opened in Photoshop. (that is, without compression, uncompressed .mos files open fine in Photoshop CC)
In Capture One I can not find any settings to ensure that uncompressed files arrive,
so when I photograph tethered I can not process the files in Photoshop.
In the Leaf back the setting is Uncompressed.

I have tested Capture One version 10.2.1 and 11.3.1 with the same result.

Have you created a Support Case with Phase One?
This is quite a specific technical question and there may not be any regular member of the forum with the knowledge to answer the question unless one of the Phase crew happens to pass by ....0 -
Hi
The smaller files are true RAW files while the "uncompressed" version as it is called is a partly demosaiced version.
We do srongly recommend that you use Capture One for RAW conversion instead and process TIF to use in Photoshop-
If you want to use Adobe RAW conversion anyway then you have to convert the files which you can do with Leaf converter which you find here:

Sorry, you must have traveled here from the future: The C1 version you are working with (ver. 13.1) has not been written yet. You need to travel to July 2021 and ask the question again. Good luck.
