Thunderbolt screen too soft
Images coming from Sony A6500 are extremely soft when viewing on Mac Thunderbolt screen.
But when viewing with the loupe at 100% they appear tack sharp and well detailed.
How can I get this detailed tack-sharp view when viewing in the browser ir at full screen?

Are you viewing the Previews in the preview screen or the Thumbnails zoomed up in size in the Browser screen?
If you forego the Loupe in the Preview screen and simply zoom the image to 100% how does it look then?
Is there anything on screen that indicates there might be some processing going on?

@Horseonshoe
OUCH! That doesn't sound good, and yes, the preview resolution is set properly for the screen.
@SFA,
Viewing in the preview screen. Never occurred to me, but images with loupe at 100% are more detailed and sharper than viewed at 100% in preview screen. There is no indication whatsoever about other processes going on.

That sounds very odd.
I'm on Windows and I'm probably starting off with smaller files and a lower resolution screen on a notebook but whislt there are some slight differences between the 100% view and the loupe view a notable difference in sharpness is not one of them.
Do you have proof profiling on and if so what are the settings for the Output Process Recipe?
And, for completeness, is your Loupe Zoom set to 100%?
If none of the answers to these questions throw up any ideas I would suggest creating a Support Case and taking up a discussion with the C1 Support Team.
