Whites Are Grey When Exported

I just started having this issue where when I export an image, it has grey where white should be, the image in C1 is normal but when I check it in the export folder the i.e.. sheen on the lips is grey... seems like something in the export process, been messaging with support but I don't think they work on weekends and I need to get the image out, any suggestions?

You could try looking at the ICC profile selected in the output recipe, where you have choices like sRGB Color Space Profile, Adobe RGB (1998) and Embed Camera Profile. Does a different choice there affect it?

Thank you for the reply, yes I had tried changing the different settings, still the same, definitely seems like an output recipe is somehow affecting it but I have not been able to track where as of yet, fortunately, the support team is going to try a share screen thing to see the suggestions that they had mentioned, which I had no idea what they meant, on Wed. to see if they can figure it out where it is 😊0 -

So did a complete re install, changed some settings and it seems to be a huge amount better. Not sure what the initial cause was, but, it is up and running and very usuable again!!! 😊 0
