Tethering Sony A7 to C1

Hi,

I just got everything set up to tether. When I attach the camera via USB it shows up in C1 on the session screen. After I shoot a frame, C1 starts the import process and then it quits and disconnects the camera. Any ideas?

  Here are a list of things to check:
  
  - Are you plugging directly into the computer's USB port? Or are you using a USB hub?
  - What sort of computer are you using?
  - Unplug the other HD's and devices attached to the computer, just have the tether cable attached
  - Is C1 updated to the most current iteration?

  Thanks, I'll try those things.
  
  I'm using a mid 2011 iMac. I do have an external drive, so I'll try without that. The C1 should be current, but I'll check.
