    In the crop tool there's a dropdown for the units. Just change them there, and it changes in the Viewer as well.

    I tried to change the dimensions value by right-clicking the Crop tool, but it's grayed out. What can I do to enable the choices?

    Sounds like you need to go to the "Basic" tab in the Process Recipe tool.
