white balance page disappears post-crash
I've had a problem twice now where the White balance page will disappear after a grey-screen Mac OS crash. The wierd thing is, it seems as though the module wasn't loaded or something; all the hotkeys, menus and buttons are arranged such that it doesn't appear to ever have been there.

This is Capture One Pro 3.7.1 running on Mac OS 10.3.9 on a Dual 1.25GHz G4. To my knowledge, this has not occurred before upgrading to 3.7.1
I fixed the problem by starting an older version of C1 Pro; in this case, C1Pro 3.5. After doing so, I close that and start up 3.7.1, and the White Balance page is back.

Brian,
Seems there may be a conflict somewere.
Lets start by trying this first-- Quit Capture One.
Remove the Capture One Preference file called com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist from the folder ~/Libary/Preferences ~ means your Home Folder.
Restart the software . If that doesn't work it may indicate a bad download. Please remove the software from your computer. Throw away the .dmg file and download it again.
Sincerely,
k c0
