Capture One 9 Pro launch error (Windows 7)

Hello,

my Capture One doesn't start anymore, I get the following error:

Application.log says:

I tried reinstalling Capture One, but it didn't help.

I suspect the latest Windows update of being the cause. In another thread about a similar issue I read something about Visual C++. Apparently, some of the redistributable packages have been affected by the update. I reinstalled them, but it didn't help. I have

  I think you should raise a support case and send them your log files.

  Support helped me, latest version 9.3 works.
