Unsightly patterning in trousers/veil

After making adjustments to raw images in C1 , I use Quickproof to convert to Jpeg - Max Quality-Size 100% - apply sharpening is checked.
When viewing certain images in PS CS I am getting horrible patterning effects mainly on groomsmen trousers and brides veil. Where am I going wrong ? Any advise greatly appreciated. ☹️

  I think it is the plain fact that you are using quickproof.
  Difference between quickproof and developing normally is quickproof sets speed over quality and normal processing does viseversa.
  Any flaws in the RAW format will not be corrected.
