Confused on how to output in ProPhoto color space

For some reason, I am unable to figure out how to choose ProPhoto as my output color space. The data window says that Adobe RGB is the default space, but I can't even figure out how that is being selected. What am I missing, here?

    You define it in the Output tool-tab -> Process Recipe -> ICC Profile
