Application Error
I have had some ugly crashes recently with CO Pro. It happened the first couple of times deleting a collection tab. CO Crashes and does the error reporting thing to Microsoft and then says
\"Capture One Pro: CaptureOne.exe - Application Error. The Instruction at \"0x7c168f1d\" referenced memory at \"0x0000001c\" The memory could not be read.\"
I have no idea what that's about. I know my memory's OK because I recently learned how to test it with a utility from Microsoft.

And I also noticed that after the crash, CO adds Local Drive C: as a collection Tab and the directory tree panel is expanded all the way through to c:\\\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Captures\\Capture 0 -
I'm guessing your machine is overclocked. Return it to its normal setting, then try. I think that'll fix it. 0 -

,
Sounds like a possible Permissions issue.
The Default locations for images and the Preview Cache is the Local C:
Add other drives, Network, external hard drives and a host of issues can present themselves.
Default = C:\\\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Capture One PRO\\Capture
Where are images located?
What is set as the Preview Cache?
If other than Local C:\\, is there anit-virus or FireWall software functioning? User permissions to the locations correct?
Sincerely,
