Not really. My practice with panoramas (which I only do occasionally, I have to say) is

    - take the images in the first place using manual settings for exposure to ensure that they are all the same

    - make whatever adjustments I want to one image only, such as levels, white balance, contrast or whatever

    - copy those adjustments to the other images

    - process or export the images as JPG

    - blend them with some other app - currently I favour Affinity Photo for this, which does a pretty good job of blending panoramas. I could do further work to the merged image in Affinity Photo if I wanted to, but generally I think the best thing is to try to get the separate images right and finalised before exporting and blending them.

Capture One does not have the tools to merge images into a panorama.
