    Ps.

If I try a file that has had NO edits applied to it and then use the Color Editor color picker, it makes perfect selections.

So, obviously, one of my previous edits is affecting the color editor.

    I did the following:

    1. Dust/Spot removal (about 20 corrections)
    2. Brightness and Shadow adjustment.
    3. White Balance
    4. Rotate image in film strip to portrait.
    5. Chromatic aberration.

Then I tried the Color Editor.

    Can anyone repeat this?

    Thanks.

    I did the following:

I Reset Adjustments on all Selected Variants (that one file) and use the Color Editor colour picker, it makes a perfect selection.

I then copied and applied the Dust/Spot selections from another file to this file and tried the CE's color picker again. It didn't work. So, the Spot Removal tool seems to be the conflict.

Oddly, what is happening is that the colour picker is selecting the colour patch immediately above the one I select. So, if I click on the whitest Gretag patch, it will select the blue patch, etc...etc..

I knew I should have waited to update....... 😕
