Stuck on "Pan" (hand) tool in C1 4.8
Several times recently when using the software I find I can't do anything (eg. use the eye dropper tool, the crop tool, straighten tool etc.) because the "Pan (hand)" tool is stuck on, and I'm unable to select any other tool. I end up having to restart the software.
What's the story with this? Is there a solution?
I'm using a P45 on a FujiGX680, but I don't think the hardware is the problem, I had the same issue last week with the Canon 5dMkii.
Thanks for any help you can give me,
Alan.

Just a quick note that I experienced this on a Mac Pro with my 5D MkII files yesterday, as well. There was nothing I could do, short of a restart, to get away from the pan tool. 0 -
I have the same problem but I find that this issue is confined to the main window and that in the view window the selected tool is functional. I'm just noting this. I don't think this is a reasonable work-around - simply a technical observation. 😕 0 -
Are you certain you aren't in the before/after comparison tool ('Y' key)?

I'm very certain he wasn't using the before/after feature from version 20... :-)

Same problem here, with MacBook Air M1 and C1 21
Any solution?
