Phase One profile, unable to log on.
I am having a problem logging on to the Phase One site.
I am a registered user and filled in the Username, Password, and Pincode
correctly but it does not log on.
I have tried to do this in Firefox, Opera , and IE7, and have the same problem with all.
I need to contact support but this is impossible since I can not email them about this problem without logging on first.
Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks.

Your Profile is not in an active status.
This is why you cannot login.
I will send you a direct Email with information.
ALL SHOULD KNOW:
When a Profile is created, you should receive an email from NoReply@phaseone.com
Sometimes this email gets caught in SpamFilter, lost or ignored.
IN this email is a Link to web site which confirms your Profile, enters the Pin Code, and then puts the Profile into an Active Status.
When you create a Profile and then use a different Email address to Activate the Program, you will also create frustration for yourself.
When you Do NOT properly create a Profile prior to activating the program, the email address you enter will automatically create a Profile.
This Profile is lacking informations and IS NOT in and active status. Again, you will create frustration.
Be assured, the information entered in a Profile is kept internal to Phase One and is not used in any other manner.
All information can be Edited/Updated including a new email address or Password.
Please use and maintain only 1 Profile to avoid Frustrations !!
