Problem with upgrades
Some time back when SE was discontinued, I bought the 5 pack upgrade for LE. The last time I downloaded the new version, I was unable to find my activ. code. I have contacted support and they tell me I have 5 upgrades coming or 2 if I go the Pro version route. I have asked them for a new code so I can get beyond the 15 day trial period on the C1 LE. It seems little to ask that they send me a working code since their records clearly show I have the upgrades coming and paid for. Please help me get a working code, Phase One. I have also done testing for the new versions. My support case is #15137

In case you didn't see it, I've resent my reply and I'll restate here...
With the discontinuation of SE you have a Choice of going to PRO or to LE.
In your case you state that you have downloaded and installed LE and would like to get an activation. But, at your Profile you did the SE > PRO upgrade. The choice is yours to make.
Please inform us which version do you want to have via the Support Case and we would be more than happy to send you the appropriate Product Key. 😄

I've replied several times that I need a working code for LE with no results. I replied first on the 12th and then again on the 16th. This is very frustrating. I am essentially locked out of the program which I have paid for. 😡 0 -

This is Not True- Cases ALWAYS get results.
Your Case posts occurred on the 12th and the 20th with the time in between awaiting your Reply as to which version you prefer of LE or PRO.
Now that Support knows which version you choose, I know for fact that a Product Key will be forthcoming and the Case will be resolved.
The SE to PRO or to LE move has been announced and available to customers since last spring 2005 with a deadline of December 31, 2005... more than enough time to be taken care of.
