Strange bug with Viewer Window or something I did?
I'm running a trial of C1 on my Mac Pro with 4K display. I suspect only folks with 4K or 5K displays are going to be able to help with this...
My previews are set to 2880px. My RAW files from my 5D3 are double that 5760px.
The other day, after I imported some images, I was setting up my workspace and I could size things such that the viewer window was larger than 2880. When you do this, C1 will create an image that fits the viewer from the RAW file. "Fit" will naturally fill the large viewer with the full image... zooming to 100% works as you expect giving you a zoomed view of the full 5760px image (so you see about 1/4 of it.
Now a couple days later, It seems my viewer will not size larger than 2880px. Even if I give it room by reducing the size of the controls and browser, it will just add margins around the viewer keeping the size fixed at 2880px. And now with the viewer maxed at 2880px, there is no difference between "fit" and 100% zoom. C1 thinks the image is only 2880px. This is rather annoying. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the prior behaviour back (restarting, changing workspaces, etc.)
Did I change some setting that has limited my viewer to 2880px or is this a bug?
How do I get the previous behaviour back where it will size the viewer to any arbitrary size

EDIT: I had to blow everything away to get it working again. I first tried trashing the preferences to no avail. Then trashed the Application Support folder to no avail. Then moved the catalog and created a new one to no avail. Finally trashed the App from the Applications folder and restarted my Mac then restored the App from the trash to get things back to normal.
I filed a support case, but if this sounds like a setting that I somehow invoked, please let me know.

While I haven't found out what causes this behaviour, I have at least reduced the remedy to a simple restart of the system. It's still very annoying as it seems to happen once every few times I open the app. ☹️ 0
