Importation of images - erase of file after transfer
Hello,
One silly question I guess, but cannot find the solution until now, if someone can be kind enough to tell me what the trick is :
- How to thick the thick box that say "Erase files after transfer" ?
I cannot find anything into the preferences/parameters for being able to thick this box, it shall be too obvious so I did not find, but it will be very useful for me to be able to do so.
General conditions : Importing images into a session, making a backup at the same time, usage of C1 8.3.3 on Win 8.1 .

Hi,
Anyone on this one ?0 -
Can you tell anything about the source you import from. A memory card perhaps? What kind of card? Just to get the idea of your workflow. 0 -
Hi PAul,
Here it is from a memory card, and the card is not locked. In reality the check box is grayed all the time whatever the source, memory card, HD on USB or directory on the main HD.
Any idea ?

Heard of such an issue long time ago, with SD cards IIRC. I suggest to contact support.0 -
