Batch Renaming

Can anyone point me to the Batch Re-naming key- If I shoot six images in a row I like to give them a series name is this possible and where is the dropdown menu for this?.

  Eddie,
  Do you shoot tethered and want to rename on capture? Capture tab.
  Do you shoot to a memory card and want to rename on import? Import images dialog.
  Do you want to rename on processing? Output tab.

  Thanks Paul, good question - I tend to shoot a group of images for books and name them 1-6etc. I shoot tethered P20 - Sort them out and then rename the chosen ones into a group or order as required. So normally I highlight the set of images and then rename as a group 001-006 etc. I do this in the studio, while the client is around - then output the final images to Tiff / Jpeg back at the office on a different machine. Am I being daft, or have is missed the image re-naming button that used to be in 3.7.9.
