Batch Edit is greyed out... nonfunctional
This has happened before... and now again.
I suppose it fixed itself in the past... somehow... but I don't know how.
Here's what happened.
I was viewing a previously viewed set of images.
I clicked \"+\" (plus \"add the selected images to the batch)) in batch edit to add six images, one by one... select, plus, select, plus, select plus etc..... and when I went to click \"Process the Selected Images (insert)\" the buttons were all greyed out. (Both the plus button and the \"process the selected images (insert) \" button.)
Or perhaps the error happened when I clicked \"Process the selected images\" button.
I could delete each of the images from the batch, but nothing would enable me to add them again, or to process them.
I quit LE 3.71. I logged out. I even restarted the computer. The buttons now seem permanently greyed out. I can't add any images to a batch or process any images using the \"add and process\" button.
What is going on?
What's the fix?
thanks!

miles,
Try deleting your Preference file.
With program closed, browse to:
C:\\Program Files\\Phase One\\Capture One LE\\Preferences and look for the Preferences.pf file and delete.
Upon launch of the program this file will rebuild.
If the program continues to misbehave, suggest a complete uninstall and clean install of most recent version 3.7.3 ...3.7.4 due is a week or so.
Complete Uninstall instructions in Knowledge Base article # 1665:
