activation problem
I can't activate my capture one 4. I have real key number. I just changed my profile, because activation need's my name. This text cames up, when I try to activate trial: "Could not activate because activation profile is incorrect." Where's the problem??

JRA, did you get an answer from Phase One? I have the same issue,
OS XP, I go to active and enter the email, then the password. It starts the activation process, but then errors out. Gives me the same error you have.
I have no firewall up when trying to process this. I also have problem communicating with other parts of Phase one, it's just this particular communication.
My case is 38936.

I tried to create an account at phaseone support cause I have the same problems to activate my license like above. I entered the email address and my password as well as the pincode. But I always am resent to the loginform ?
