Updates for trial users?
As a trial user of C1 7 is there any chance I can get the update to 7.0.1? It's pretty rough going with 7.0, and seems strange if I couldn't get version with bug fixed to give a proper evaluation. As it stands at 7.0 I couldn't buy it as it has too many problems. I tried asking PhaseOne support, but didn't see any way to contact them unless I have already purchased the software.

just download and install from the website. you will continue with how many days you had left on the original 60. 0 -
You can contact Phase One support without buying the software. Just mention 'trial' in the relevant field. You should have approx. half of the trial period left, that is about 30 days. 0 -
Great, thanks guys! It would have been more convenient to be able to upgrade through the software itself, and if not, then a note to say trial users can upgrade by downloading again. Just something PhaseOne might consider for a more user friendly trial experience. But, liking the end results so far, just so very buggy, slow, unresponsive too often. Hoping it gets all smoothed out quickly. 0
