Canon 1Ds-2 rotate and crop problem

I see that some phase one people have been answering some posts recently and i was wondering if one of them could give us some information on the possible fixes if ever for the rotate and cropping problem with Canon 1Ds-2 raw files..these issues have been discussed here before but i have yet to see a phase one rep comment here..

  This is a Reported Bug for Windows version and the Canon 1 Ds MkII.
  When you use the Arbitrary Rotation tool and Crop tool - the result is way wrong. Developers are working on this issue and hope to have it resolved in next release.
  In the meantime, don't use Arbitrary Rotation, if you need 90 rotation, use the tools available of 90 CW or 90 CCW and this will not happen.

  Sorry to say there is still no word on progress with this issue.
  Next Update will be 3.7.7 due sometime about March.
