WatchFolder powertoy
I've been playing around with the WatchFolder powertoy.

I don't know if I missed it before or if it's brand new. I'm excited because there haven't been many sources of examples for scripting in C1. Here's hoping this sparks some new ideas.
I'd like to be able to use this in a dual computer setup by having a networked folder that files are dropped into and processed automatically. But the only way i can get the script to process a file is to copy the raw files within C1. If you try dragging files in the finder into the watched folder they fail (yes i copied the captureone subfolder. EIP files don't work this way either.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?

Lately (using C16)
If while in C1 I move a Canon raw file into the watched folder i get this error:
Description: The variant "238642_4970_001" is not a RAW file.
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone0 -
Would love to hear from someone who was WatchFolder working. I am also getting the error: "The variant 28319_116_01_872090-002" is not a RAW file.
The console log for this event reads:
(Sender) Capture One [9785] , Message: .sdef warning for argument 'FileType' of command 'save' in suite 'Standard Suite': 'saveable file format' is not a valid type name.
I have tried TIF, IIQ and CR2 RAW files, same error with all.

Try with a short file name without dash or underscore, just for testing purposes. 0 -
I saw the other day that there is a new version written for 6, but I haven't had to to try it out.
I think it has something to do with C1 not reading the settings files in time to process the file.0
