    1) Make your selection of images
    2) change to 'film extra shadow' on one
    3) click on 'copy adjustments'
    4) click on 'apply adjustments'.
Then the curve will be applied to all selected.
There are probably other ways, but that's the first that occurs to me.

Thanks, it works now. I wasn't aware of the need to select the destination files first.

Next question. Is there a way to use the cursor in adjusting an image (say cropping or selecting white balance at a point) without losing the focus in the line of images? I'd like to be able to use the left and right arrows to cycle through the images while keeping the cursor up in the image area or on the sliders that control adjustments. In 3.7.8Pro it worked this way. In 4.0 and 4.1, I have to click on an image thumbnail to move to my next image.

Actually, you don't need to make your selection first, just be sure that when you "copy adjustments" to more than file at a time, you hold the shift key down.

I am also interested in an answer to your other question. A solution to that would greatly speed up my work flow.

I think my confusion in copying settings is that not only is there a preference for "noun then verb" semantics, the command, ctl-shift-C is used instead of the ctl-C that one would expect. Has someone tabulated the actual shortcuts found in 4.n yet? The document isn't complete for 4.0, and there have been new ones added. This was done for versions before 3.5 on the old Michael Tapes forums, and was quite useful.

    Scott,
Out of interest, what shortcuts are missing from the list?
