Some files skipped over
Why, when processing raw files, does 5.1.x sometimes skip over a string of files? It lists them in the event log as "Procesing image ..." with nearly the same time stamp (it can "process" hundreds of files like this in a couple seconds).
I have not been able to figure out a pattern. I thought it might be network related (since 5.x has horrible network performance), so I copied the files locally and have the same problem. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it skips over a dozen to a couple hundred files. It is a pain to figure out which files were missed, then re-send them, since I send batches spanning multiple directories.
Most of the files I have run through 5.x have been Nikon D300S, so I do not know if camera is an issue (but I don't think so).
Thanks,
Paul Samuelson

I have seen the same thing many times before. Put in a support case they could never recreate it so nothing was ever resolved. 0 -
I am trying to create a case, but the support site seems to be messed up. It says I have no registered products, but the license page lists 16 licenses. I will try again later..

Skip that registered products item, not applicable to CO users. Fill-in CO product, camera and subject.0
