Capture Tool not available

All of a sudden, today Capture One Pro 4.5.1 does not recognize my Canon 5D. The Capture Tool (camera icon) does not appear among the other tabs (Library, Quick, Color, etc.). Windows Vista recognizes the connection, but Capture One does not see the camera. Anyone know what's going on?

  Are you sure you are still in "Pro" mode, or did your program changed to CO 4.5.1 standard or DB mode (no tethering, no lens correction and so on) for whatever reason?
  You can check this when the program starts or from Help menu, About. It should read Capture One Pro on the first line of the pictogram.
