Tranfer files from Aperture and Lightroom to Capture one 8.0

I have been trying to find instructions on how to transfer the subject files to Capture One 8.

I did contact support and they were very responsive but the link the provided simply took me to search engine where I was yesterday when I requested assistance. Can some one help? 😄

    Are you meaning the sidecar files? If you are, I can't help.

    To import an Aperture library, you can use the File-> Import catalog function, then just navigate to your Aperture library. The duration of the import will depend on how many images. I imported around 64k images from Aperture in about 8 hours on a quad processor Mac mini with 16M RAM.

    If you don't want to import the whole library at once, you can export sets of projects out of Aperture as new smaller Aperture libraries and import separately into CO.
