Did that, only see color noise at 400 percent if grain is more than 50%.

My question to you is, do you find the Fine Grain option useful in your work flow? I am trying to ask other C1 users to file support cases so that perhaps C1 will listen and make make the chroma noise, monochromatic, which is aesthetically pleasing.

Even when shoot at ISO 400 and lower, I use the Fine Grain tool to give my images texture and little less "digital feeling."

Thank you for your reply and reading my post.

I don't see the color noise that you're talking about.

This odd behavior has been verified by P1 Tech support and they said they'll fix it. Are you zooming in at 400%? Adding Fine Grain is counter intuitive at its current setting when adding "adds" chromatic noise.

Try to see this again: zero **everything.**

Turn your image into a BW image using the BW tool checked on. Go into your Lens () panel. Increase Fine Grain tool only to max setting. Go into your viewer and slide to max. You should what appears to be chromatic noise.

Regardless, my concern has been verified and hopefully P1 will augment a fix in the next update.
