Tech support isn't responding. Need HELP!

Hello guys,

Is there a number where I can contact Tech support? I had to reformat my laptop due to El capital update. The new OS ruined everything. I just need to get my license again so I can reactivate my already purchased copy of capture pro and be able to get back to work. Any help would be great! thank you!
