Disabled Code??
I need to use C1 NOW! I am getting this message...........
"Could not activate because the license code is disabled."
Why have I been disabled from using software I have paid for and previously activated?
I do not want to wait five days.I NEED to use the software NOW.

Maybe you did an upgrade? If so, use the new key. 0 -

It looks like you upgraded your Key back in July but haven't used the new key since.
Please simply use the Key you purchased back in July to activate, no need to stress.
If you don't have that Key readily available you can find it on the invoice from your July purchase in the "Order History" section of your Phase One Account.0 -
i am having the same problem. did i need to override my OLD capture one during the install? since that worked i did not delete it and i have had so many problems in the past with capture one so i did not want to get rid of the one that actully was working (although very out of date). HELP - of course i need this NOW. 0 -

You have the same problem, but is the provided solution not working for you (use the new key)?
You can have different version of CO installed. However, it does not relate to the issue discussed here.0
