C1 stopped processing PLEASE HELP!!!!!

All of a sudden when I now hit the process button, NOTHING HAPPENS. I check my processed folder and there is nothing in it!
WHAT CAN BE CAUSING THIS? WHAT IS HAPPENING?
I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANYTHING!
RUNNING ON MAC OS X
