Losing settings

Upgraded to 6.4 from 6.3. Now have a problem with process settings. I go through a folder of images and apply settings/exposure/crop etc. Output the files, no problems. I close C1 and next time I open it all the settings are gone. Happens inconsistently but happening more often than not. Happens to images edited in 6.4 and 6.3>older. The subfolder containing the cache and settings files are there.

I'm using a shared NAS (fast netgear) and windows XP 32bit. Never had this issue before 6.4.. It's getting to be a pain, especially on large jobs that need to be edited at different stages..

help!

  just upgraded to 6.4.1 and it's worse. Batch renamed files and the files appear twice in the browser. Once with the original filename and then once with new filename. Restarted and it crash. Going back to 6.3 which was stable.

  Just went back to 6.3 and problem isn't there....
  not much response on the forum so will log it with support..

  I have been running 6.4 on a 64 bit machine, and no problems like yours; so I have nothing to offer.

  You could for a test run some folder with images from your internal drive. If the issue does not occur, it narrows down to how 6.4 works with your NAS.
