Duplicate process recipe

Each process recipe is stored on your disk as a separate XML file in:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One/Recipes
You can duplicate and rename any recipe file and take it from there in Capture One (you might need to restart Capture One to see the new/duplicated recipe).

A job name is a variable you can use in the Output Naming tool, which works in conjunction with the process recipe but is a different set of settings. The values for variables like job name are not stored in the preferences IIRC.

Thanks. Duplicating the xml files works great.

Just to clarify, you are saying there is no way to set variables for job names based on selected recipes, you just have to type it in each time (to me job names are appended to describe files purpose, such as _v1 for tiffs, _web for web jpegs, _FB or _PS if it's designed to go straight to facebook or Photoshelther.
