A good Capture One Pro book

I have seen the introductory video for Capture One Pro and it is a good starter.
But it would be really nice to have a reference book/bible that shows all the fast shortcuts to tools, tips and tricks, etc...
Is there such a book ?
What is it called and where can I get it ?

  There isn't one.
  
  A book was planned for release last year, but it was abandoned before making it to print.

  Hi Keith,
  Thanks for the info.
  Shame that the book was not self published or released as a PDF or such like.
  I just feel there is a paucity of really good information on Capture One.
