Trouble Importing To Session?

Is anyone else having difficulty importing to a new untethered session? This just started for me. I did 13 such sessions successfully just last night. But after restarts, rebuilding the session, etc., I can't get this one to go. They're tiff files, fyi, but the ones last night were as well. I can't for the life of me see a setting that's been made different or why this would be. Any thoughts?

  Where in the process of importing does it stop?

  Once I select the source, the thumbnails all load in the window and when I click Install all (or whatever it says; I don't have it on front of me), it just sits there.
  As an aside, I "can" manually cut/paste my images into the session's "Selects" folder and the session will recognize them and then I can work.
  But I can't use the standard Import Feature. Weird.

  Are you able to import images you imported earlier in other sessions?
  
  I would delete the preference file to reset CO7.
