detailed instructions/manual for C14?

I saw a PDF that the Phase administrator posted on a different forum that gave specific instructions on one aspect of C14.... is there somewhere on this site that i can download the entire PDF?

  In general, you can find additional reading (in PDF, yes) on the Phase One site, download section.
