I suddenly got on red letters: untitled recipe and can not process, what shall I do? jouni

    You have selected a recipe but not turned it ON to be active.
    Please place a check mark next to the highlighted "untitled recipe" in order to activate it and use it in processing.

    I have used this program almost 2 months without issue. It suddenly started not to process because of untitled recipe(3). I uppdated latest version 8.1 and it still stands still. What is Check Mark ? I can not change or do anything next to highlighted text, there is everything stoned. When I open now my Phase One 7.2.3 I can not choose where it save my captures. There also stands: untitled recipe(3) not highlighted, it still process and save captures totally crazy place, not where I choose to save?

    I don't like sessions and never use them, anyway when I open program I very often get session as start site, is there a way to avoid sessions 100%. jouni

    I think it would be best if you created a support case.
    It is clear that there is quite a bit of confusion and misunderstandings in regard to your reported conflict.

    I have been thinking, take away both programs: 7.2.3 and 8.1 and install them again. Can I still download Phase One 7.2.3. from you, in case yes, where? Jouni

    Hi Drew !

    I still have a question. I have licence for Phase One 7.2.4, I will uppdate to 8.1. Because of some issues named above I will take both 7.2.4 and 8.1 away and install again. When I want to uppdate from 7xx to 8xx, must I have first 7xx installed on my computer, or can I install 8.1 and pay it as uppdate without having 7xx on my compuiter, hope you get what I mean ?

    I try to avoid having both versions same time on my PC, because that can cause some conflict.

    No need first install 7 or 8. Simply purchase the upgrade to 8.1, download 8.1 and install.
