Presets apply to single tools. Styles may include multiple tools!

In a tool if you click on the Presets Icon (where applicable) - 3 bars near the right of the tool name line - you will see various options, one of which is to save the current setting(s) for the tool as a preset. If you wish to change an existing preset (bear in mind that means the changes will be applied when you choose that preset for future file edits too) the simple using the same named file that you should see when you step through the process.

Saving a style can be undertaken from the Adjustments menu.

The default name is offered related to the current file name but, as with presets, you can change that. However there is no immediate option to browse to an existing style and overwrite it. You would need to know the name if you wanted to change a pre-existing style definition. You will be advised that the style already exists and asked to confirm that you wish to overwrite it.
