psd files won't import

When I try to import a folder with psd files. The psd files don't import.
Win 7 (64bit)

  This happens in both media 2 and media pro. Win 7 (64bit). This did not happen previous to reinstalling media 2. Media Pro is obviously new.

  I would refer you to Adobes forum since it has to do with the lack of a codec for PSD (there is DNG and PDF codecs)
