C1 crashes when trying to select alternative crop ratio.

I was in the process of setting up a new crop ratio when C1 crashed. I have been unable to use any of the presets (within the crop feature) since. It seems that all other keystrokes or selections work normally. Frustrated to say the least.

  For Windows the user set of crop ratios are saved in a file down in the CaptureOne folder in "Appdata".
  
  I assume there is something much the same for Mac.
  
  If you User related Ratios file had become corrupt for some reason that might well cause your problem.

  On a Mac they are at Library>Application Support>Capture One>Aspect Ratios in a User Aspect Ratios.xml file.

  I'll dig into the Library (Mac) and see what I can find. Perhaps delete it? or at least what's inside! We'll see how that goes.

  What can I say ----------- a great big thank you. Went to said library and deleted it (kept copy just in case there is another problem just around the corner). Entered back into C1 and all seems to be back to normal. I'll use it tomorrow to see if anything untoward happens. For now though Cheers both of you.

  Glad you got it working.
  
  If the problem does end up repeating I would suggest you create a Support Case with the C1 Team and ask for guidance on possible causes.
  
  Probably a simple temporary memory or file writing glitch but there may be some other cause to consider.
