Reinstall software

Hi,
I have problem with my macbook Pro and Apple company have reset my computer.
I want to reinstall my Capture One Pro but it is impossible. I received a message that I have too licence activation.

Hoe to proceed to reinstall my software on my MAC ?

  You can log into your Phase One account online and deactivate the registered computers. Then you can re-activate your machine again.

  I know, but I have Capture One pro on only 1 computer and I would like like ton install in my other one computer.
  I check on my profile and I see my software is on 2 computers but it's false, I have just in 1 mac not 2.
  How to arrange this ?

  Just deactivate it online and the reactivate on the computers you want to keep it on.
