rendering disabled

What am I doing wrong??
I Import .nef image from C1 session to media pro, but I do not see them, only a blank file with message ''Name of file _ Rendenring disable''.
I did sync.annotations * rebuild item. Change the preference to apple, did the same no results. Went back to preference rechanged to phase one, again sync.ann + rebuild item. No results.

Any suggestions!!
