Color artefacts in preview

I have reddish artefacts in the preview. They don't exist in processed files, also the focus tool gives an accurate image. See sample.
What can I do to avoid this?

You can not avoid artifacts in preview completely becuase you are working with a smaller repesenation of the RAW file which have not been through any processing, if we would do that the generating preview phase would take to long of a time. Just like when using the Quickproof function speed is put before quality this is also why you have the focus tool.
