Eos 300d
Hi, sorry if this has already been brought up but i did search and couldn't find much.
I have a Canon EOS 300d and have just updated my Capture One Pro to the latest 3.7.3. I am running windows XP. I have never been able to shoot tethered. It tells me the camera is connected and ready to capture but the capture button is greyed out.
When i press the shutter release the camera display reads busy and it seems to be downloading something but nothing shows in the capture one pro window. When i got to the actual capture folder in windows explorer there are some raw files there but photoshop can't read them whereas it can read the ones taken from a memory card perfectly fine.
Am i missing something? I have checked that both the camera and the laptop are switched on...

You can shoot from Camera to computer, but you can not trigger camera from application. This is a feature only available with Phase One camera backs. 0
