Sample Size of the Dropper/Picker Tools

Does anyone know the sample size of the dropper tools used to read RGB values in C1 and if that sample size can be changed as you can in Photoshop?

  It might be determined by the number of screen pixels, and if correct, controlled by zooming in or out.
