.dmg not opening

Hi all,

I'm trying to get setup with Capture One and for some reason the .dmg file just won't open. Literally does nothing. Has anyone had any experience in this? I have tried a few times to download and I'm still getting nothing.

You should open a ticket with Apple..... 😄

Two things you can try.

(1) Do a "Get Info" (Command-I) on the .dmg and check that the associated application is DiskImageMounter.

(2) Open Disk Utility, highlight the drive on which the .dmg lives and click the "First Aid" button to make sure your drive hasn't got any issues.

A few years ago I had a faulty router that would corrupt some downloads randomly. Try to connect your Mac directly to your modem or Internet box and retry.
