Openning photograph in Photo Shop

Help, please...

I am trying to have C1 open PS automatically after a photograph has been PROCESSED.

After RIGHT clicking on PROCESS RECIPE a list of options appears but OPEN WITH is not on it.

Where is the OPEN WITH option found?
