How to convert to Monochrome?

I am currently using the trial version and would like to convert my color RAW files to monochrome.
Can someone please tell me if this program has a option to convert to monochrome and where to find it?

  Desaturate the image 100%. With no color information you can adjust the, now, Black and White image in all other aspects.

  You may also try the available B&W styles from the Style dropdown box, usually located in the Quick tab.
  
  Some of these styles are based on icc profiles while others only use settings like contrast, saturation etc.
